📋 Description

• Lead discovery and analysis across complex systems, integrations, data.
• Define business, technical, data and non-functional requirements.
• Assess operational impacts, risks, dependencies and readiness.
• Support testing, validation and acceptance activities.
• Facilitate discussions among business leaders, architects, developers, testers and vendors.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to other BAs and team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in complex technology environments.
• Strong technical and data analysis capability.
• Experience working with integrations, data migration, reporting or legacy system environments.
• The ability to translate complex technical information into practical business outcomes.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching others and helping build capability within teams.
