Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Bridge Business and IT by translating requirements into lab system specs.
• Work with Business, Lab Operations and IT to analyze processes and gather requirements.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements for innovation projects.
• Define system integration requirements and support design discussions.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, and ensure readiness before Go-Live.
• Support change requests and continuous improvement of processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as Laboratory Technician within Eurofins.
• Strong understanding of Eurofins lab operations, workflows, and internal processes.
• Hands-on with lab information systems (EURIS, eLIMS) or similar.
• Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or digital transformation.
• English fluent; strong communication skills.
• IT technologies to learn: Python, SQL, Power BI.
