• Lead business analysis activities across BRCGS digital products, translating business needs into
• Partner with stakeholders to understand challenges, find opportunities and ensure solutions align
• Support product delivery from discovery through to release, including testing, sprint planning and
• Use data and insights to evaluate performance, define success measures and support evidence-based
• Help shape AI-enabled opportunities by identifying practical applications, risks and business
• Coach and support Business Analysts, promoting best practice and building team capability.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within a software or digital product environment.
• Strong Agile experience, including Scrum, Kanban and user story development.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, success measures and product outcomes.
• Ability to coach or mentor others and share best practice.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills, with experience using data to support decision making.
