Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Liaising with Standards collaborators to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects
• Analyzing the business impact of requirements and detailing As-Is and To-Be processes for each
• Recognizing benefits connected to each project and aligning them with strategic goals
• Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and advancing issues for remediation
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key business collaborators
• Producing and delivering against agreed project work and key achievements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with substantial time in a Senior or Lead
• Formal qualification in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level
• Demonstrable experience with Salesforce CRM projects
• Working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Proficiency in using tools such as Jira and MS Visio for detailing business requirements
• Ability to analyze and clearly articulate the business impacts of requirements
