Provide 2nd or 3rd Level Support as required working closely with outsourcer of application support
Collaborate with Implementation, Solution Architect, Delivery and Outsourcer of Application Support
Attend internal and external service meetings (when required) to discuss escalated issues and
Partner with outsourcer of application support to improve relationships, monitor performance and
Monitor escalated issues closely and assist outsourcer in resolving them according to applicable
Create and foster strong relationships with business, management, technical partners and external

Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background.
High Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Oracle EBS R12 on any of the following processes: Order to Cash
Experience Oracle Fusion Cloud is desirable.
Strong experience in supporting testing activities including unit testing, regression and user
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
