Act as principal BA partner for EP streams, working with Tech Leads and stakeholders
Identify pain points, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
Produce process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision records
Define business value, scope, and success measures for use cases
Maintain cross-stream status view, highlighting risks and decisions

🎯 Requirements

Substantial experience as Business Analyst in enterprise tech environment
Eliciting and documenting complex business and system requirements
Strong process analysis and acceptance criteria skills
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to create process models and concise status summaries
Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices
