Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve end-to-end models for forecasting, capacity planning, staffing
• Translate commercial, operational, and financial assumptions into integrated forecasts that
• Develop models from the ground up and evaluate existing approaches to identify more effective
• Lead scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, back testing, and model validation to evaluate
• Partner with cross-functional and executive stakeholders to turn business questions into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in forecasting, strategic modeling, workforce or capacity planning
• Demonstrated experience independently building forecasting or planning models from the ground up
• Advanced SQL skills, proficiency in Python and/or R, and experience with data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to solve ambiguous business
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex
