Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Work as a Business Analyst in Fund Accounting; support front-to-back investment operations.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate requirements with technology teams into functional specifications.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trade processing: capture, validation, settlement, reconciliation.
• Support Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Funds workflows; SWIFT messaging knowledge.
• Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory/compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years in Fund Accounting/Capital Markets.
• Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, ETFs, and Alternative Investments.
• SWIFT messaging knowledge (MT502/MT509/MT515) – at least one.
• Solid understanding of trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/FRD prep, and stakeholder management.
• Available to join immediately; Pune location mandatory.
