• Strong SQL and BI skills; Python/R/Git a plus.
• Comfort with distributions, variance, and significance.
• Experience on cross-functional initiatives (product launches, pricing, segmentation).
• Proactive, independent, end-to-end projects; clear senior stakeholder communication.
