🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin; MBA preferred.
• 3–4 years as a Business Analyst in finance/shared services/global environments.
• Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills.
• Excel: advanced formulas, PivotTables, data analysis.
• Experience delivering business analysis and process improvements at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.
