📋 Description

• Collaborate with business partners to identify needs in DXP and digital marketing.
• Communicate effectively in business terms to bridge tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Support development and enhancement of DXP and digital marketing in healthcare tech.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specs.
• Coach and mentor team members on relevant solutions and support project management.
• Document business processes and workflows to ensure standardization and compliance.

• Fluent English to engage with development teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of DXP and digital marketing; convey to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Consultative, proactive mindset; lead discussions and influence decisions.
