Senior Business Analyst, AI & Data

📋 Description

• Bridge between business challenges and AI/data solutions. Lead with AI and guide stakeholders
• Executive and stakeholder discovery to define project vision, scope, and success metrics.
• Map value streams, identify bottlenecks, and quantify benefits to support prioritization.
• Navigate complex org goals, support PoCs/pilots, and oversee UAT to ensure solutions meet needs.
• Define data requirements, model behavior, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop interactions.
• Drive outcomes by aligning objectives, implementation, and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in business analysis or product development in data/analytics; client-facing consulting
• Strong facilitation, storytelling, and communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate BA activities in client delivery.
• Understanding of adoption/change management and strategic frameworks.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% per month (when required by clients).
