6+ years in business analysis or product in data/analytics.
4+ years client-facing consulting experience.
Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder mgmt.
Experience with Agile life cycles and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
Hands-on AI to accelerate BA activities; GenAI familiarity.
Ability to translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
