Senior Business Analyst – Banking & Financial Services (AI & Digital Lending)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end reviews and optimize lending workflows and LMS.
• Analyze requirements for commercial lending, retail loans, and digital banking.
• Gather functional and non-functional requirements for LMS platforms, AI tools, and automation.
• Create BRDs, FSDs, and user stories for loan origination and underwriting.
• Drive AI-enabled banking solutions like credit scoring models and automated decision engines.
• Communicate plans and insights to Risk, Compliance, Operations, QA, Product, and Tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate in BA, Finance, Economics, IT, or related fields; MBA/CBAP/PMI-PBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years BA experience, with 2-3 years in BFSI, including LMS and lending ops.
• Experience in AI-powered banking products and digital transformations.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending systems, credit risk lifecycle, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, LOS/LMS, CRM tools, and cloud tech stacks.
• Proficiency in BA tools – JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
