Senior Business Analyst – Commercial P&C / MGA

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for commercial insurance platform
• Translate business needs into Sure Commercial configurations, user stories, functional
• Assess existing business processes against platform capabilities and recommend configuration
• Define and support requirements across the commercial insurance lifecycle (underwriting, rating
• Design and document broker submission processes and submission-to-bind workflows
• Define and support integrations with rating engines, carriers, brokers, accounting platforms, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least eight years of business analysis experience with substantial hands-on experience in
• Strong understanding of the MGA business model, delegated underwriting operations, and complete
• Experience working with Managing General Agents, specialty insurers, program administrators, or
• Hands-on experience with at least one commercial insurance platform
• Proven ability to produce high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, functional
• Experience supporting platform implementations, configuration, fit-gap assessments, SIT and UAT
