Senior Business Analyst CSRD (M/F/D)

📋 Description

• Get up to speed on the CSRD framework and understand its impacts
• Review disclosure requirements and work out what's needed to implement them
• Assess data needs, compare against what's already available, and support gap analysis
• Set up and run stakeholder sessions across Finance, Risk, Data, Business, Compliance
• Keep the project plan, roadmap, and resourcing up to date, and report progress through the defined
• Track progress against deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Dutch: excellent; French: good; English: excellent (working language)
• Strong MS Office skills, especially comfortable working with data in Excel
• Experience in financial services (banking preferred) is a plus
• Bonus: knowledge of ESG/ESRS reporting requirements
