📋 Description

• Lead and drive digital transformation and M&A initiatives across the enterprise, from discovery
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process
• Analyze current business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimization using Generative AI, AI agents, and
• Prepare business cases, solution proposals, executive presentations, and project documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology
• Full-time, two-year MBA from a premier business school.
• 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Partner, AI Project Lead, Technology
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process improvement, project management, and data
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
