Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Act as a key communication bridge with client project stakeholders, providing clarity on project
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business requirements from product owners, business
• Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements
• Maintain clear and structured requirements documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring
• Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, stakeholder reviews, daily stand-ups, retrospectives
• Conduct gap analyses and workflow mapping to identify inefficiencies, clarify business processes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of business analysis experience in a software product, technology, or professional
• Demonstrated experience eliciting and documenting requirements from both business and technical
• Strong ability to author high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, process
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with demonstrated experience in Agile
• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile/Scrum ceremonies and estimating and managing the product
• Strong practical experience working with product teams to deliver custom enterprise software with a
