Senior Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Partner directly with department leads and executives to define measurement frameworks, KPIs, and
• Own and present regular insights to senior leadership - distilling complex analyses into clear
• Shape our analytics roadmap and measurement strategy, establishing standards for how we define
• Champion a data-driven culture by making insights accessible, building self-serve reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in an analytics or business intelligence role, with progressive ownership
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect analytical work to business outcomes
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with proven experience presenting to and
• Track record of building trusted partnerships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Deep SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with large, complex datasets as well as familiarity
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau etc.)
