📋 Description

• Lead and participate in requirements discovery sessions with clients, business users, and technical

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in an individual contributor Business Analyst role
• At least 5 years of experience in the Life and Annuities (L&A) insurance industry (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Life and Annuities insurance products including Whole Life, Term Life
• Demonstrated knowledge of policy administration, insurance illustrations, and underwriting processes
• Previous experience supporting insurance technology implementations, particularly Life and Health
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business and functional
