📋 Description

• Own reporting and KPI development for the Enterprise Growth business.
• Maintain the core KPI reporting suite across WES, Team Plan, inside sales, and SMB motions.
• Deliver reliable recurring reporting for weekly/monthly reviews and executive updates.
• Improve funnel instrumentation and data quality with Data teams.
• Establish a unified fact base across fragmented businesses to guide sizing and allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years in business analytics, revenue/GTM analytics, or growth roles.
• Advanced SQL; BI tools (Tableau/Looker) and spreadsheet modeling; Python or R a plus.
• Deep fluency with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, forecasting, and experimentation.
• Proven ability to build reporting from fragmented data environments.
• Strong communication to distill insights for senior audiences.
• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity; prioritizes in fast-paced, cross-functional work.
