📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in U.S. and emerging markets using data-driven insights.
• Develop business cases and go-to-market frameworks for new products, services, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Ops to implement initiatives and measure impact.
• Lead pilot projects, assess outcomes, and recommend scale-up strategies.
• Support cross-functional alignment on growth priorities and report progress to leadership.
• Build scalable models leveraging WIN’s AI-driven platforms and proprietary tech.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years total experience, incl. 2–3 years in business strategy, growth, or partnerships.
• An MBA from a top Indian business school is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with or exposure to U.S. or global markets preferred.
• Adept at cross-functional work to drive clarity and execution in fast-moving environments.
• Highly collaborative, intellectually curious, and outcome-focused.
