Senior Business Analyst – ION / Commodity Trading Systems

📋 Description

• Lead business analysis activities for commodity trading and hedging initiatives, from requirements
• Analyze and document business processes, workflows, controls, exceptions, and front-to-back trade
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and vendors to define
• Support trading, risk management, position management, exposure analysis, P&L, settlements
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst supporting IT
• Hands-on experience with ION XTP or comparable ION trading platforms.
• Functional or techno-functional experience with ION Openlink, Openlink Endur, or related ETRM/CTRM
• Strong understanding of commodity trading, hedging strategies, and end-to-end trade lifecycle
• Experience with soft commodities, particularly grains and seeds.
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional documentation, and
