Senior Business Analytics Manager

📋 Description

• Facilitate and govern internal and external data requests across OKX global entities, ensuring
• Build and maintain request records, evidence and definition libraries, and data-governance records
• Productize high-frequency recurring requests into automated or self-service data pipelines
• Build and automate Compliance dashboards based on North Star metrics as well as input and guardrail
• Conduct deep-dive, root-cause, and control-bypass analyses to proactively identify and prevent
• Partner with Compliance, Business, Marketing, and local market teams to remove compliance-related

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant working experience of at least 7 years. (must)
• Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. (must)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. (must)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (must)
• Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms and AI tools. (nice to have)
• Strong compliance domain knowledge, including KYC, AML, the Travel Rule, insider trading controls
