📋 Description

• Lead the analysis and decomposition of complex, cross-functional business processes, including
• Independently facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions with senior
• Translate business findings, operational challenges, and transformation opportunities into clear
• Own and manage one or more project work streams from initial planning through delivery, taking
• Collaborate with technical teams to document existing business processes and systems, define
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, root cause analysis

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of management consulting experience within a Big Four firm, tier-two consultancy
• Proven experience leading operations strategy, business transformation, process optimisation, or
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior executive relationships, facilitate strategic
• Strong expertise in structured problem-solving methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, root cause
• Extensive experience analysing and transforming end-to-end business processes, understanding how
• Cross-industry and international consulting experience, with the ability to adapt quickly to
