📋 Description

• Drive Unit Economics Transparency & Improvement: Own unit economics calculation methodologies
• Analyze & Steer Financial Performance: Own the analysis and steering of Gross Margin P&L
• Improve Data-Driven Business Steering: Own the tactical Demand & Supply Steering process
• Management & Board Reporting: Contribute to monthly management and board reporting, translating

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Business Intelligence within a
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and P&L management.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel paired with strong analytical capabilities and
• Excellent, fluent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)
• Practical experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker), financial reporting software
• Fluent or professional German language skills are nice to have.
