🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, BD, partnerships, or sales.
• Experience owning external relationships end-to-end.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Strong commercial instinct; move conversations to outcomes.
• Fluent with AI tools and able to pressure-test outputs.
• Resourceful, scrappy, and relentlessly persistent.
