• Lead BD strategies for market expansion, revenue growth, and client diversification.
• Manage complex consultative sales cycles: opportunities, proposals, execs, and contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• Experience leading BD, strategic sales, or growth in healthcare/tech/data.
• Strong track record managing complex sales: leads, proposals, execs, contracts.
• Experience with senior decision-makers and enterprise clients.
• Deep understanding of healthcare orgs, health plans, or real-world evidence.
• Willingness to travel ~20% for client meetings and events.
