📋 Description

• Demonstrate trading/crypto industry knowledge to guide decisions.
• Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, crypto communities; build partnerships.
• Lead campaigns to drive results: content, volume, user growth via affiliates.
• Build and maintain VIP/affiliate partnerships; align strategies.
• Lead partner meetings; expand cooperation locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with Product to provide market insights for offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience.
• English and Romanian fluency.
• Experience in affiliate development in crypto/finance/trading, Romania.
• Strong analytical skills; interpret market data for decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Understanding of financial market dynamics and regs in Eastern Europe.
