📋 Description

• Deep knowledge of trading and crypto markets and players.
• Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities.
• Results-driven campaigns to boost trading volume and users.
• Build and maintain VIP/affiliate relationships.
• Initiate meetings to expand cooperation locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with Product team to provide market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Experience in affiliate development in crypto/finance/trading, Czechia & Slovakia.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Goal-oriented with ability to hit targets.
