🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in marketing and business development, preferably in professional services.
• 5+ years in managing and developing business development professionals.
• Proven ability to create and implement BD strategies with measurable impact.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, negotiation, and ROI analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals and presentations.
