Senior Business Development Manager (Partnerships )

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with potential partners to broker deals
• Negotiate and execute strategic partnership structures
• Cultivate relationships with existing partners and restructure deals
• Collaborate with Legal to redline contracts
• Negotiate MSAs, SOWs, amendments, renewals
• Coordinate across BD, product, partner operations, finance, sales

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS and 5+ years in AdTech/Media focused on partnerships
• Experience in partner offerings across audiences, verification, measurement, ad serving
• Track record of developing and signing strategic deals
• Strong internal and external communication
• Ability to navigate complex advertising landscape and build relationships
• Leadership skills to manage and develop others
