Monitor agency growth, profitability, and performance gaps; create improvement plans.
Manage agency partnerships to ensure mutually profitable relationships and renewal discussions.
Conduct in-person agency visits, prospect meetings, and strategic co-travel with cross-functional

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience, preferably in Marketing or Underwriting.
