📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define internal and client analytic needs
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements
• Enforce documentation standards for BI dashboards
• Drive metric consistency across dashboards and definitions
• Build scalable, high-performance BI solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years BI and data analytics
• 3+ years Tableau and/or Power BI
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare data experience preferred
• Proficient with SQL, Python, R
• Familiarity with Snowflake dashboards
