📋 Description

• Define and govern enterprise analytical architecture standards across layers using Snowflake and dbt.
• Establish standards for model grain, naming, ownership metadata, lineage, and docs.
• Lead design reviews for new modeling initiatives and platform changes.
• Partner with Data Engineering to align ingestion patterns with analytics needs.
• Lead design and implementation of semantic models and enterprise metrics.
• Enforce scalable analytics engineering standards for dbt, CI/CD, and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data architecture with senior ownership.
• Deep Snowflake expertise: virtual warehouses, RBAC, materialization, performance.
• Expert-level dbt practitioner with staging, macros, incremental, tests; cert preferred.
• Production semantic layers delivering governed metrics across BI and AI analytics.
• Advanced SQL and Python; experience with dbt Cloud, Fivetran, Git/CI-CD.
• Design secure access patterns for Snowflake data (APIs, RBAC) and governance.
