Senior Business Intelligence Manager - COO Office (m/f/x)

📋 Description

• Lead the Annual Budget Planning across four units in collaboration with the Finance Department
• Own month-over-month controlling of plan vs. actuals for management reporting
• Enable and support Operations teams with insights, dashboards, and data-driven decision support
• Translate operational metrics into strategic insights and assess initiative impact
• Drive applied AI and business cases, including building AI-powered decision tools and business case
• Identify priorities, flag opportunities and risks early, and drive them forward

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Analytics, Econometrics, or related field
• Several years of relevant professional experience in planning & controlling, FP&A, or
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI to solve business problems, including building tools and
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills, strong business acumen, ability to drive topics
• Excellent English communication skills (C2)
