📋 Description

• Serve as Senior Business Manager to the PD&I GVP, aligning vision and delivery.
• Translate insights into action, surface trends, and operational excellence.
• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end and inform exec decisions.
• Identify initiatives and continuous improvements aligned to PD&I's mission.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Communications for alignment.
• Own operating cadence: leadership updates, QBRs, and planning.
