📋 Description

• Investigate incidents involving Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, and Client Master
• Monitor identified issues and potential changes in their root causes, ensuring recommended
• Collaborate with Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, Finance, IT, and Operations teams
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of services, billing processes, investigations, findings
• Ensure billing accuracy throughout the full process, from initial issue analysis to billing
• Operate and maintain the Revenue Assurance Integrity Driller (RAID) tool, performing discrepancy

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Business Operations is mandatory.
• Experience working in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices
• Practical experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify patterns and
