📋 Description

  • Lead discovery, design, and rollout of standardized processes across CS, Sales, Finance, Ops.
  • Partner with BI to define data needs, KPIs, dashboards for a single source of truth.
  • Own renewal pipeline tracking, stages, risk flags, forecasting.
  • Establish weekly/monthly cadences to track pipeline, risks, and churn trends.
  • Drive churn/risk analysis and translate findings into process improvements.
  • Collaborate with CS to operationalize renewal processes and targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue/Renewals Ops in global SaaS.
  • BI/reporting experience; translate requirements into dashboards; Power BI, Salesforce reporting.
  • End-to-end operational process design (discovery, design, build, adoption).
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, esp. CS and renewal cycles.
  • Strong analytical skills: pipeline, churn, risk identification.
  • Experience in matrix organizations and leading initiatives without direct authority.
