Lead discovery, design, and rollout of standardized processes across CS, Sales, Finance, Ops.
Partner with BI to define data needs, KPIs, dashboards for a single source of truth.
Own renewal pipeline tracking, stages, risk flags, forecasting.
Establish weekly/monthly cadences to track pipeline, risks, and churn trends.
Drive churn/risk analysis and translate findings into process improvements.
Collaborate with CS to operationalize renewal processes and targets.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Operations, Business Analysis, or Revenue/Renewals Ops in global SaaS.
BI/reporting experience; translate requirements into dashboards; Power BI, Salesforce reporting.
End-to-end operational process design (discovery, design, build, adoption).
Deep understanding of customer lifecycle, esp. CS and renewal cycles.
Strong analytical skills: pipeline, churn, risk identification.
Experience in matrix organizations and leading initiatives without direct authority.
