📋 Description

• Architect and implement the operational framework for the new EMEA distributor, Exclusive Networks
• Manage end-to-end reseller onboarding and activation through the distributor, ensuring partner
• Oversee deal flow and revenue operations, ensuring compliant, predictable revenue while resolving
• Coordinate prebuy and inventory structures, managing forecasting, replenishment, and margin
• Ensure compliance with EU and KSA regulations (tax, customs, data protection) and manage
• Serve as key operational liaison between ServiceNow and the distributor, building strong

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in channel operations or indirect sales operations with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Direct experience managing or operationalizing a distributor or channel program in EMEA.
• Working knowledge of multi-jurisdictional operations across the EU and GCC, including KSA.
• Familiarity with VAT, customs/export controls, and Saudi e-invoicing (ZATCA).
• Strong operational discipline and ability to translate launch plans into functional systems.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic fluency strongly preferred.
