📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex operational workstreams with on-time delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate initiatives and boost performance.
• Build and maintain project plans, cadences, status reports, and docs.
• Analyze operational data to identify opportunities and scalable improvements.
• Identify risks early, develop mitigations, and drive resolution with minimal guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in business ops, program mgmt, supply chain, or related field.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or consumer electronics ops preferred.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Slides, Slack, Smartsheets, and PM tools.
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects end-to-end.
• Able to manage multiple cross-functional priorities in a fast-paced env.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and project management with risk oversight.
• Effective cross-functional communicator with reliability and ownership.
• High ownership, adaptability, and urgency—ready to roll up sleeves.
• Strong commitment to AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring quality.
