Senior Business Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Engage with product management and Engineering to set supply chain strategies
• Develop global manufacturing market analysis and trends for optimization
• Source CM partners; RFIs/RFQs; drive cross-functional selection
• Negotiate master contracts, SOWs, and CM costs
• Establish program costs from NRE, tooling, equipment, and test
• Analyze, validate, and negotiate BOM costs with GSMs and CM

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience; technical degree
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge
• Experience establishing strategic partnerships and conducting complex negotiations
• Data analytics experience; thrive in data-driven culture
• Experience using cost models to define should-cost and negotiate price
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration
