• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM.
• Mastery of business process architecture principles and ServiceNow service design.
• Operates strategically while remaining hands-on when needed.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership and team development across distributed, global teams.
• Navigate ambiguity and lead change through influence.
