Lead discovery sessions and interviews on telecom models
Redesign end-to-end processes across operations and support
Define current and future-state processes and roadmaps
Align business processes with ServiceNow telecom capabilities
Standardize workflows across OSS/BSS and ops
Guide on eTOM, SID, Open APIs and OSS/BSS patterns

🎯 Requirements

Strong telecom process consulting experience
Knowledge of TSOM, TNI, TSM, ITSM, FSM
Experience with ServiceNow in consulting roles
Lead discovery workshops and design discussions
Map and optimize end-to-end telecom processes
Familiarity with TM Forum eTOM, SID, and Open APIs
