📋 Description

• Lead and support Medicaid eligibility/enrollment process improvements.
• SME for eligibility and enrollment process redesign.
• Analyze workflows; design future-state processes (DMAIC).
• Support regulatory changes affecting Medicaid operations.
• Translate requirements into process maps, SOPs, docs, and recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and planning sessions.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of Medicaid eligibility/enrollment redesign in state programs.
• 3+ years with a state Medicaid agency.
• Lead process analysis, redesign, and implementation planning.
• Strong facilitation, communication, writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, Jira, Webex, and more.
• Experience with vendor-managed Medicaid systems or call centers.
