Senior Business Process Manager

📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide process and systems transformation across GTM, Finance, Operations, Partner
• Bridge between business stakeholders and Business Systems Group to standardize needs.
• Drive UAT, training, and enablement to ensure user adoption.
• Design future-state processes for Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Billing, Revenue, Renewals.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for timely delivery and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of BPM, business systems analysis, operations, or program delivery.
• Exposure to Salesforce and/or NetSuite environments and workflows.
• Strong integration knowledge across Salesforce, ERP, internal systems, and third-party apps.
• Experience working on multi-team, cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep expertise in requirements analysis, business architecture, process design, QA, data analysis.
• Experience with technology/system development methodologies.
