Senior - Business Process Outsourcing

📋 Description

• Manage Client Engagements: Plan, coordinate, and supervise assigned business process outsourcing
• Understand Client Operations: Develop a strong working knowledge of each client’s business
• Review Accounting Documentation: Review workpapers and financial statements for accuracy
• Oversee Financial Reconciliations: Analyze balance sheet accounts, prepare and review account
• Manage Cash Transactions: Oversee daily cash transaction posting and ensure cash reconciliations
• Conduct Internal Control Reviews: Perform periodic internal audits of selected activities to assess

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Three to four years of experience as a senior accountant, including experience in an outsourced
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation and review, balance
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering excellent client service and building productive professional
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan and supervise
