📋 Description

• Own and drive full-cycle hiring across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, G&A, and other teams.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to define talent needs and hiring strategy.
• Create candidate experiences that reflect TRM's culture, values, and high talent bar.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market maps to engage high-caliber talent.
• Act as a brand ambassador and trusted hiring advisor across business roles.
• Build proactive pipelines to scale quickly for new priorities and changing needs.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Finance, G&A, Ops.
• Proven success recruiting in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders as a strategic talent advisor.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new functions and translate business needs into hiring profiles.
• Strong sourcing skills and building pipelines in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication with a proactive, async-friendly style.
