• Full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with managers to identify needs and craft job descriptions.
• Source candidates via online platforms, referrals, and more.
• Manage candidate relationships for a positive experience.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and provide progress updates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in-house at a tech startup.
• Experience sourcing and hiring for Business/GTM roles; Marketing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with a passion for candidate experience.
• 3 days in office in Downtown San Francisco.
