📋 Description

• Own and drive the end-to-end recruiting strategy and execution for GTM and G&A roles, ensuring
• Partner closely with senior business leaders and executives to deeply understand organizational
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, influencing talent decisions, interview processes, and
• Proactively build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through creative sourcing
• Lead strategic talent discussions, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record hiring for GTM, G&A
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions at multiple
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and advise
• Deep experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing passive talent in competitive markets
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive recruiting strategy and outcomes
